“I’m attending a dental school,” added another young man. “We dentists are supposed to support dental health, but how can I speak with somebody and recommend to quit smoking if I am a smoker?”
These are all good reasons why folks may want to stop smoking. For me, it’s the same, plus pride, self-importance, and arrogance. And, of course, the unattractive anticipation of premature death. (You look ugly when you’re lifeless.) But, if I certainly decided to stop smoking, then why the only thing I could think about was to leave this place and have a cigarette?
